What problem does this solve?

As a user, I want to be able to fall asleep listening to the articles on chrysopedia. It should be read off by a soothing voice, give me a few voices to pick from in admin/settings. Think "bedtime stories for producers".

Proposed solution

For infra, i'm not sure what components are required but if we need to lean on an always-on llm we can use the same FYN-LLM options which we're already using with ingestion pipeline. if that's not the right tool, make some recommendations before implementing fully.

It would be nice if I could hit play and the voice narrates through articles and then auto finds a similar article, either options for next creator or random article in similar topic.
