What problem does this solve?

While our system is built to monitor and download files to a dedicated directory, there may be instances where someone wants to download the file to their local client.

Proposed solution

make it inoffensive, it should be easy to do, intuitive and integrated neatly in each of the 3 views we have on the individual channel page (https://tubearr.xpltd.co/channel/7)
