What problem does this solve?

people may want to have a file with quick and easy to enable subtitles. ideally, it can be presented in a right-click option when watching the video file (e.g. in vlc player > right click > subtitles > enable).

Proposed solution

If possible, add the ability for subtitles to be embedded into the file. make it a channel setting. don't add this if we can't have them enable/disable during playback (NO HARDCODED SUBS).
