What problem does this solve?

SponsorBlock - https://sponsor.ajay.app example

This gives administrators the ability to strip content viewers may not wish to see due to mid-content adverts or intros/outros etc.

Proposed solution

Implement the feature just as it's been implemented in Youtarr. I'm not the most verbose on it, may require a little planning or research but please implement it and have the features associated in an intuitive way that makes sense given the flow of our app today.
