Tweak — adjust existing behavior

What problem does this solve?

lets an administrator set system defaults and associate certain profiles, intervals, and concurrency limits etc with the "Generic" platform type (which acts as the fall-back in the event a platform is not auto-detected).

Proposed solution

Add the generic option under Platform Settings and make sure it's integrated well with the download pipeline - should operate just as seamlessly as Youtube or Soundcloud platform channels.
