What happened?

There's a scan button and a playlists button currently. Clicking scan results in refreshing the database but doesn't seem to poll for playlist changes. Playlist button does that right now. But it's two separate buttons and as a user, that's annoying.****

Additional context

Consolidate these buttons and ensure they are working.

Scan should be the only option, once we know playlists are being properly detected and polled when scan is clicked, remove playlists button altogether.
