Tweak — adjust existing behavior

What problem does this solve?

This gives granularity to each platform on whether or not you want NFO files generated during ingestion of certain platforms. Maybe i want them for YouTube but don't care to have them for Soundcloud.

Proposed solution

Move the "Generate NFO Files" toggle & description to within the Platform objects where you configure platform settings.

Default for this setting should be OFF.
